If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Please note that the materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Compliments and Complaints

Dr Sam prides herself with many happy patients, and has built her patient base predominantly from recommendations and referrals.
If you are pleased with your treatment, we would love to hear about this. If we have not quite met your expectations, please allow us the opportunity to review the results and discuss this with you.
If you still feel the issue has not been resolved and wish to make a formal complaint please contact our manager, in writing by emailing info@sculptface.co.uk with the subject heading “Formal Complaint”. We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within 5 working days.

10. Appointment Booking

To secure an appointment booking, we take a fee deposit of £50. This is non-refundable and contributes towards your consultation and/or treatment fee. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of the 5-day cancellation policy the deposit fee will not be available to redeem against a consultation and/or treatment at a later date.

11. Appointment Cancellations

Sculpt Face Clinic operates a 5-day cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange a booked appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 5 working days’ notice. We reserve the right to retain the full booking deposit payment if there is no show or adequate notice is not given.

12. Treatment Results

Our doctor will discuss treatment expectations with you at the consultation, and will strive to achieve the best result for you. However, treatment results may vary between individuals and there is no guarantee of a desired result with aesthetic treatments. This is due to multiple factors, including facial structure, presence of facial asymmetry, skin types, patient age, the extent of volume loss and the individual's specific response to the treatment itself.

13. Treatment Follow-Ups

Follow-up appointments after treatments can be offered if you would like our doctor to review post treatment results. Sculpt Face Clinic does like to keep in touch with all our patients, therefore please contact us to arrange a follow-up appointment after a treatment if you wish.
If you fail to attend your follow up, another appointment will not be offered or charged at the cost of £50. A single botox top up at 2-4 weeks will incur no charge. All dermal filler treatments will incur a charge if more quantity is needed/ wanted.

14. Refunds Policy

Sculpt Face Clinic will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment

15. Policy On Children & Pets

We regret that we are unable to allow children (under 18) into our clinic. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment room at any time. Sculpt Face Clinic is unable to allow pets in the clinic for hygiene purposes.
